For relief from piles – Drink a glass of buttermilk with ¼ of a teaspoon of carom seed powder (ajwain) and a pinch of salt.
For removing blackheads – Take grape pulp and apply it on the affected area. Let it dry for 15-20min and then wash off with warm water.
For removing moles – Eat roasted cashew nuts (kaju) or make it into a paste and apply it on the mole-affected area.
For shiny hair – Mix lemon juice and chamomile, wet your hair and apply the mixture on your hair. Stay in the sun for a while after application.
For skin allergies – Mix a few drops of lemon juice in sandalwood powder and prepare a paste. Apply this paste over the affected area.
For soft hands – Mix an ounce of honey, the white portion of an egg, 1tsp of glycerin, some barley powder and apply it on your hands.
For sore throat – Garlic oil relieves swallowing difficulties. Take 3-4drops in ¼ cup of water once a day as gargle.
For sunburns – Eat lots of lean and high quality protein foods. Also include raw fruits to supply the vitamins and minerals needed.
For dark circles – A mixture of almond oil and honey should be applied on the dark circles every night before bedtime.
For acne – Fruits like carrots, oranges and vegetables like pumpkins and other fibrous vegetables are good. Healing packs of grated cucumber, orange peels, lemon peels are also effective
For arthritis – Garlic is an effective remedy; it contains an inflammatory property which accounts for its effectiveness in the treatment. Ginger is also good for arthritis pain, when applied directly on the affected part or taken orally; it relieves pain inflammatory and stiffness.
For cold – Garlic soup is an old, tested remedy, it should be taken once a day.
For pimples – grated cucumber applied over the face for 15min and then washed off with water can help.
For cough – Grind 4-6 black pepper seeds, add a teaspoon of honey and mix it thoroughly. Taking several times a day. OR grind a big onion, put it into a jar with honey, mix well and close the jar. Drink 1tsp twice a day.
For nosebleed – Grind fresh coriander (dhania) leaves and put one or two drops of its juice into the nostril.
For ulcer – Grind the skin of a lemon with white catechu and make a paste. Apply this paste on the ulcer to treat it almost immediately.
For indigestion – Ground cardamom (elaichi) seeds mixed with ginger, cloves (laung) and coriander (dhania), Take once a day. OR. Cook spinach beetroot or fenugreek leaves, cooked as vegetables with green onion stalks.
For constipation – Guava is an effective remedy. When eaten with seeds, it provides roughage to the diet and helps in the normal discharge of the bowels. Having 2tsp of olive oil on an empty stomach every morning is beneficial.
For cholera – Have limejuice on a regular basis every day. This helps kill the cholera bacilli.
For hair loss – Herbal cure is Blanch scented geranium leaves in boiling water, strain, cool and then use this water to wash your hair. OR. Olive oil is also good; it conditions them and rids them of frizz. Put a small drop on your palm, rub ur hands together and apply it to dry hair.
For complexion improvement – Mix pawpaw, pineapple and milk as it is rich in vitamin C, E, iron for metabolism. OR. A mixture of honey drew, grape, watermelon and milk is rich in vitamin C and B2that increase cell activity.
For blood pressure – A mixture of carrot, apple, pear and mango helps in clearing body heat counteracts toxicity and fight oxidization.
For ear infection – Steam and pour few drops of olive oil and mustard oil directly into the ear. OR. One or two drops of holy basil-leaf juice in the ear is also beneficial.
For weight loss – Eat one or two ripe tomatoes early morning, without breakfast for a couple of months.
For measles – Drink about two glasses of orange juice. it will give you energy and cure.
For asthma – Cook fresh cranberries in water and then mash them up. Take 2-3tsp everyday.
For baldness – Rub the bald area with onion till it becomes red and then apply honey on the area.
For teeth problems – Mix mustard oil, turmeric powder and apply the paste on your teeth. It is highly beneficial.
For hypertension – Mix a tsp of powdered cumin seeds with a tsp of ginger juice and honey.
